Restore your body, mind & spirit in a peaceful setting, surrounded by stunning natural beauty
Join us in Invermere for weekly Karma Yoga Classes, a community-based collaboration co-hosted by Mellow Mountain Yoga and The Living Wellness Hub. These weekly by-donation classes showcase a revolving line-up of local yoga teachers, exposing students to new class styles and formats. In addition, 1/3 of donations go towards supporting a Karma Fund that can be used by low-income community members to access additional classes through the studio at no cost.
Classes are beginner friendly, students need to be able to sit, kneel and lie without assistance.

Monse Lotecki of Crystal Lotus Yoga (Fruitvale) is holding a Sound Bath at the Living Wellness Hub in Invermere on Thursday, November 7th. You can also get a taste of her Sound at the Karma Yoga Class on Nov 6th, she'll play her bowls during an extended Savasana.
About Monse: I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for over 9 years. My teaching style focuses on making the pose fit the body, facilitating the student to improve their mind/body connection and comprehension. My classes are trauma informed, somatic focused and dynamic. I began incorporating crystal singing bowls into my classes in 2021. I intuitively express through the bowls what the collective of each session needs.
About the Nourishing November Sound Bath .....prepare to feel nourished and revitalized. Our session will combine pranayama, yoga nidra, Metta meditation and Chakra activation/alignment woven together to create a holistic nurturing experience for mind, body and spirit. Followed by a hand made vegan snack.
$25 per person drop-in. Contact mellowmountainyoga@gmail.com with any questions!
