Nakusp Sound Healing with Amanda

Join Chelsea and Amanda for a deeply restorative Yin Yoga and Sound Healing extended practice on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Old Firehall Studio in Nakusp. Chelsea will lead you through a YIn practice designed to soothe the body and mind, and Amanda will utilize crystal sound bowls to create healing vibrations to clear blockages and align the energetic and physical body. We will finish up with a silent tea meditation and short sharing circle.

Pre-Booking is required for all classes, there is a minimum of 3 people required to hold each class. Please select the classes you can attend for the upcoming month. Bookings can be created, rescheduled or cancelled up to 12 hours ahead of class. Payment can be made online, or in person. Pre-paid passes can be used for payment in person. In the event of class being cancelled due to lack of attendees, you will be notified via email 12 hours before class. If class needs to be cancelled or rescheduled within the 12 hours you will be contacted by phone. Thank you for your flexibility as we try out this new system to reduce no shows and improve studio reliability!
